Spacious room offered comfort, but late night noise disrupted our sleep.

Clean hotel with very amiable and absolutely courteous staff and a good value. A nice size room with double bed and a fan, for instance for a relaxing stay for one night.

Units on mattress of sofa bed. The breakfasts at 845.

Later check out time
Room not entirely clean, found wrapped candy under pullout, cleaner stain left in tub, multiple stains on mattress of sofa bed, carpet smelled of dust and dirt, loud stumping above head all night, drilling next door to room around 10am. Charge for one night stay definitely not worth it at all. I've had better stays with Marriott before. Fairfield will never be my choice for future stay.

I loved the decor of the hotel, the friendly staff and the fact that it included a pretty good breakfast (i.e. eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, milk, fruit and hot and cold beverages), comfortable room and bed.
I was disappointed that the hot tub was being serviced and the pool was too cold.

close to parks and attractions makes city strolls easy
I loved being so close to Silver Lake Park, where I enjoyed peaceful walks surrounded by nature, and the Delaware State Visitor Center was just a short stroll away, perfect for learning about local history and planning my adventures in the city.

The staff was helpful. It was quiet.
Only one very small elevator for the entire facility - not enough. I was in one room where there was a smell of something like epoxy. Fortunately we were moved to a two bedroom room that smelled fine. Did not like that did not have a full length mirror. It was a bit expensive.

Front desk staff was courteous
The room was outdated to say the least. Cracks on ceiling, poorly painted in every crevice we saw, stained caulk in the bathroom, chips on woodwork. Bathroom was certainly not as clean as it could've been. There were dried splash marks and dingy marks on the floor. Definitely not up to par. Not only was he room outdated, but it was loud! We could hear people walking above all night.

The rooms are comfy, and it's close to fun spots like the local golf course and a nearby arcade. The breakfast was always fresh and filled with healthy choices. Staff were friendly. I recommend this place for a group getaway!
It could definitely use some improvement.

The large, clean rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included good homemade pastries. The dining area was often sticky and the breakfast options were subpar, with frozen eggs and stale breads. The front desk staff seemed inattentive, not even standing up to greet guests.

The hotel was in a great and absolutely perfect location, close to everything we were doing. Moreover, it was adjacent to the casino, and restaurants. They gave us a quiet room with a fan, double bed and the AC working in less than 5 minutes...

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There's no bathroom near the pool area. You have to secure the room with a credit card inspite the arrangements when booking. It's as if the rules changed after arriving there.

Couples looking for a pleasant escape
The staff here really treated us like royalty. I mean, Daisy was just amazing. She even arranged a late check-out for us because my fiancée wasn't feeling well. We were very grateful for that, and it.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable under the circumstances.

The Hot tub
that a fight at 2:30 in morning broke out, was woke up by the screams and then the police, and when exiting building someone was smoking a blunt went right in my face and then 4 people ran out of the exit behind me that were running from cops, scared for my life, didn't sleep rest of night. Then room door was not working to get my belongings to leave and the maintenance man from night before took keys home with him so had to was on floor for him to return with keys before i left. management offered 20 off the 117 room amount! call corp office and awaiting a response. would not stay at that place again!
